The Austrian winemaker Johannes Zollinger presents his low-intervention wines and tells us about his adventurous spirit in experimenting with intracellular fermentation, aging under flor yeast, or in his own solar system. There are no limits to his creativity.

The head Sommelier from the restaurant Mikla* in Istanbul puts her focus on turkish wines. In accordance with tradition, wine in Turkey was fermented in amphorae, so these wines largely align with the natural wine trend.

We’ll be hosting a visit from one of the rising stars of the Western Part of the wine region „Loire“ Thierry Michon from the subregion of Tiefs Vendéens, who will showcase the diversity of his wines. In the cellar, just as in the vineyard, minimal intervention is practiced because Thierry’s wines are intended to always reflect the expression of nature, the soil and the vintage.
