Bernd Großschädl, who has been part of the Kull family for quite some time now, recently at The LOUIS Grillroom, is already very familiar with our philosophy. After his vocational training and the “Sommelier Austria”, he moved to Tyrol and Munich for a while. After a brief stay in Norway, he was drawn back to the Bavarian capital.
As an Austrian, being a host is part of his DNA. Bernd is currently making his sommelier training but is already at your side to assist you with all your wine questions.
At the moment, he prefers to drink Blaufränkisch from his home or taste himself through the broad diversity of the wine world.
