

Terroir al Limit
Dominik Huber from Munich visited the Priory for the first time in 1996 as part of an internship at the prestigious company Cims de Porrera and felt immediately in love with the picturesque area. A few years later, he met the South African cult grower Eben Sadie and a successful partnership began. Together with Jaume Sabaté, they searched for the best parcels of the region. The goal was to work with autochthonous grape varieties and to produce layer wines that reflect a high degree of terroir. This is Dominik Huber undoubtedly succeeded. His wines have become one of the most popular of the Priory, and they are based on the wines of the most exciting restaurants in New York, London, Paris and Copenhagen.
